central location, balcony overlooking street, reliable parking arrangement
Street noise at peak hours!!! The convoluted access route from street to room could use some simplification!!! Small room for improvement in soundproofing options for a quieter experience!!!

Units with balcony. The hotel location was best possible very close to all the tourist spots. The food was great, had a lot of options.

Extremely loud at night made it hard to sleep soundly. Bathroom cleanliness could use better roach control. The confusing access from street to room involved several steps and a convoluted route.

great location but some noise issues
The view from my balcony towards the Teatro Massimo was fine! The room offered plenty of space and a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with local cheeses and freshly baked pastries, made mornings a delight. The city view was captivating.
The soundproofing, while effective, could still use improvement in managing street noise during peak hours.

Really good location with the perfect central vibe was good. The staff were genuinely friendly and always eager to assist. Breakfast featured a good selection of local products, including meats and cheeses, complemented by excellent coffee. The nearby touristy area felt overwhelming at times due to the aggressive touts, and occasionally the noise from the street could be bothersome. A satisfying stay with a good balance of comfort and charm.
